Indian Politicians throw the talking stick

Indian Politicians give a new meaning to the term “sharing the mic”, as they determine that a microphone bludgeoning is a much more efficient means of convincing your opponent of the error of his ways than a microphone speech. This brawl broke out in New Dehli as legislators met to discuss a sensitive civil rights issue (note: they would have scored full irony points if it was a freedom of speech issue).

As an aside, some of the legislators have an oddly sophisticated microphone throwing technique, leading us to believe that this assembly has seen “microphone as missile” before.
