You would think that there would be some mutual respect amongst ex-Presidents. You would think that in spite of past political differences, the shared experience of being in the oval office would create a bond between past POTUS’ that would be difficult to break. Of course we also would think that Victoria Secret models should wake us with breakfast in bed every morning. There is the way the world should work, and then there is freaking George W wiping his hand on POTUS 42 after shaking a Haitian man’s hand.

Bush handshake incidents have occured in the past, but never has GW used an ex-prez as a Sham Wow. Bush 1 Class 0? Or are we seeing things? What do you think?
